FOUNDER & CREATIVE HEAD

In 2008, homemaker Smita Motiwala found the inspiration to transform her creative abilities into a spectacular entrepreneurial venture. As a leader in the industry, she used her position to help tribal communities sell their exquisite crafts. Smita has collaborated with many renowned artisans to help provide direction for their products in the most creative manner.

Shweta Motiwala Parmar

Head of Sales & Marketing

Spending 8 years in the corporate world, Shweta Motiwala Parmar decided to join hands with her mother to help expand Kanhaa Creations. Her double degrees in BBA and Bcom followed by a master’s degree in HR and international business allowed her to provide direction to the company. Her role in the company was and continues to be pivotal. Together they have enabled various retail stores across the country to have tied up with Kanhaa.

Coming all the way from Kolkata, Shishir has been an integral part of Kanhaa Creations since its inception. His experience of 10 years in the finance sector perfectly prepared him to take on this role. His expertise and vision have also played a huge role in Kanhaa Creations making strides and getting to where it is today.

Kamlesh Mandal

operations manager

After 8 years of incomparable experience in the hospitality industry, Kamlesh joined the Kanhaa Creations team. As an operations manager, he manages the day-to-day operations of the company. His knowledge and skills in conducting the daily operations of our work have made him an irreplaceable member of our team.
